To all Touch of Class CDS Clients / Employers / Designated Representatives Subject: Continued COVID Pandemic office staffing - Contacting the Touch of Class CDS Team Due to the COVID pandemic, we have a very limited number of office staff in our offices to help keep them safe and ensure we have someone available to support our clients. Most of our CDS Staff members are working from home if they are not in the office so please keep this in mind when trying to contact us via phone. With the issues related to the recent extended down time of the EVV system and EVV system issues and requirements related to the 1722 Forms, we have been unable to keep up with the volume of phone calls coming into the office and the amount of emails we have received over the past several weeks has increased significantly. We are working very hard to address all inquiries in the order they are received and we apologize for any delays you may experience during this time. The most efficient method of contacting the Touch of Class CDS Department at this time is by sending an email to the TOCCDS@CHHTexas.com email address. When you contact us, please make sure you include as much information as possible so that we know who you are and what specifically you are contacting us about.
